By using the WolfDogKarma website (the “Site”), you represent that you have read and agree to our Terms of Service, and are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

All items available on the site are custom made for you, and production times are 10-12 weeks. By submitting your order, you certify that you understand and agree to this timeline.

 ART DETAILS

In order for us to manufacture and provide a custom, customized, or personalized item bearing your design, you must, understandably, provide that design to us. 

You will accomplish that by emailing it to us as an attached file to custom@wolfdogkarma.com within 12 hours of placing your order.  Your email should include:

•      Your order number

•      The name of the individual placing the order (just to ensure we properly associate your design with your order).

•      Clarification of what design goes with which item(s), if your order contains multiple items or your email includes multiple designs.

If we do not receive your emailed design within 24 hours of you placing your custom order, your order may be canceled. 

The file containing your design should be of an industry-standard image type such as JPG, BMP, EMF, WMF, CDR, CPT, AI, EPS, PDF, or TIFF.  Please note that your design will be treated by our engraving system as line art, so line art is the best type of design for you to provide (no conversion necessary). We will not be able to engrave a design that includes significant degrees of shading, so, as above, please provide line art whenever possible. We will engrave your design as large as possible without distorting the design’s aspect ratio, so you are welcome to send the design up to 20MB. Higher resolution is better. Please do not embed your design in your email.

If your design contains text, please be certain to export text fonts as curves when you are exporting the file you will send to us.

If you upload or otherwise provide artwork, designs, fonts, or other graphical or visual material (“the Design”) for purposes of incorporation into a custom, customized, or personalized item which you will purchase via the Site, you represent that:

•              You are the owner of the Design or that the Design is in the public domain; and

•              You have the legal right grant this license to WolfDogKarma and to enter into this Agreement; and

•              To your knowledge, no one else claims ownership of, or exclusive rights to, the Design; and 

•              The Design does not infringe the privacy, celebrity, moral or other rights of any third party; and 

•              The Design does not contain any defamatory or discriminatory content or any illegal material; and

•              WolfDogKarma is granted a one-time license by you to legally make items, for purposes of fulfilling your order, incorporating the Design without infringing the rights of any third party and without being obligated to make any payments to, or obtain any permission from, any third party.

Upon receipt, we will acknowledge your email. Acknowledgment of receipt of your email does not constitute acceptance of your design and does not under any circumstances obligate us to produce items bearing your design.

After receiving your email, we will review your design and will promptly respond with an acceptance or a rejection of your design. We reserve the absolute right to accept or reject any design which, in whole or in part, and at our sole discretion, does not meet our guidelines as set forth herein and in our Terms of Service, and/or which will not engrave acceptably to our high standards. If your design is rejected, we will promptly cancel your order and refund any monies you have paid to us. You agree that cancellation of your order and the return of your payment shall be your sole remedy if your design is rejected by us.

LAWYERS’ QUIBBLES

If you would ever have a dispute with one or more individuals, you release WolfDogKarma (and WolfDogKarma’s officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, business partners, joint ventures and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code §1542, which states: "A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor."

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless WolfDogKarma and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
