Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations


Our chief priority is the excellent relationships we maintain with our customers. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we ask that you contact us immediately so that we can make it right. Send us an email at and we’ll assist you promptly.


That said, please understand that you must contact us within 14 days of the delivery of your purchase to make return arrangements, and you must ship the item back so that it is delivered to us within 30 days of its original delivery to you.


If you wish to cancel or modify an order for non-personalized, non-custom items, you are welcome to do so within the first 12 hours after making your purchase.


Cancellation or modification of an order for personalized or custom items is only possible under the terms of our Design Acceptance policy.


Several types of items may not be returned:

  • Custom, customized or personalized items

  • Perishable items

  • Intimate or sanitary items

  • Digital downloads

  • Gift cards

Understandably, we can only accept your return and process a refund or exchange if we sold the item to you.


In certain situations, only a partial refund may be granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery to you.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two business days.



Late or Missing Refunds

If you are expecting a refund but haven’t received it, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, and we, regrettably, have no control over these delays. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at



Clearance items

Items sold as “clearance” may not be returned, refunded or exchanged.




We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery to you. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, please send us an email at and we will assist you.



Return Shipping

As above, please contact us at and we will provide an RMA# and shipping address for your product return.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we respectfully but strongly encourage you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t (and don’t) guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
